NSCC students and graduates can securely request their official transcripts and share their academic documents through MyCreds™.
About MyCreds™
MyCreds™ provides a platform for certifying, sharing and verifying academic credentials. These digital documents are available in your credential wallet, called MyCreds™ Portfolio, and are certified by your college and/or university. Once certified, they are considered official. You can easily share your documents securely through MyCreds™ with colleges and universities, employers, immigration authorities and other third parties.
Frequently asked questions for learners
I’m a current NSCC student. How do I access my documents?
Current students can request their official transcripts through MyNSCC by selecting the “Request Official Transcript” tab. Following your request, you will receive an email when your transcript is issued to you through MyCreds™. Ensure you follow the instructions in that email to register and create your MyCreds™ account.
I don’t have access to MyNSCC. How do I access my documents?
Submit an Official Transcript Request using the Document Request form. Following your request, you will receive an email when documents, transcripts and credentials are issued to you through MyCreds™. Ensure you follow that email's instructions to register and create your MyCreds™ account.
If you haven’t received an email encouraging you to go into your MyCreds™ online learner portal and/or you don’t have a MyCreds™ account, visit mycreds.ca or contact NSCC Student Services.

How do I know my documents are safe?
MyCreds™ is owned by ARUCC, the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada, and powered by Digitary, an international document issuing organization that stores your documents securely. Your data remains under NSCC’s control. This information can only be accessed by you, the College and whomever you choose to share your documents with.
Documents issued through MyCreds™ are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid. Your documents in your MyCreds™ portfolio contain digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world.
I have a question about the content of my qualification documents (misspelled names, missing subjects/grades, etc). What should I do?

I haven’t received an email from NSCC about MyCreds™
Please ensure you provided the correct email address on your request and check your spam folder. If you do not receive the email within two business days and/or don’t have a MyCreds™ account, please visit mycreds.ca or contact Student Services.
Please note that transcripts for courses completed prior to fall 2000 will not be processed through MyCreds™.
