Location: 481 George St.

  • Parking is available at Centre 200 from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • There are no designated parking hours for this location.

Parking costs

Parking passes are $20 for the academic year and can be purchased at the Business Office of Sydney Waterfront Campus (Floor 2, Building B).

  • An NSCC parking pass doesn't guarantee a parking space.
  • Parking lots operate on a first come, first served basis.

Parking enforcement

An NSCC parking permit must be displayed in any vehicle that is parked in a Campus designated parking space during the weekdays.

  • If a permit is not displayed, a parking ticket may be issued.
  • If a vehicle is parked in violation of the parking regulations for a third time (meaning two previous tickets), it will be ticketed and towed without warning at the owner's expense.

Shuttle service

A shuttle bus service is available between the SWC C building entrance and the Centre 200 parking lot. The shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes.

  • From Centre 200 - Access the shuttle from the designated bus shelter.
  • From SWC - Access the shuttle from the SWC C building (main entrance, Esplanade Street) at the designated bus stop. View campus map (PDF 284KB)

Public and active transportation

We encourage the use of sustainable alternatives including local public transportation, biking and carpooling. This is the advantage of our new central location.

  • Bike racks are located on campus near B, C, and D Buildings.

Visitor and accessible parking

Visitor and accessible parking, is available in the parking lot beside D Building. For accessible parking inquiries, please email us at
