Navigating technology can sometimes prove challenging. We offer several computing and technology supports for our students and staff should they need assistance.
Technology Service Desk This is where you come to find help with all things related to technology and computing such as passwords, computer issues, set-up, logging in to Brightspace and other applications and much more.
Wi-Fi services We offer free Wi-Fi services to our students, staff and guests. Learn more about connecting to our Wi-Fi.
Eduroam Learn more about how this wireless service allows students, staff and faculty to use their home institution’s wireless credentials to access wireless network services at another institution.

Equipment loan program Learn about how you can borrow laptops and assistive technologies (AT).
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

NSCC requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all student accounts. Register for MFA to avoid login issues.
