Celebrating the grand opening of Sydney Waterfront Campus

Sydney, NS – Members of the community and surrounding businesses are invited to the grand opening of the new NSCC Sydney Waterfront Campus. There will be campus tours starting every 15 minutes from the main entrance lobby. Enjoy refreshments, cultural entertainment, giveaways and demonstrations in the state-of-the-art trade shops, labs and classrooms.

Sydney Waterfront Campus
Sydney Waterfront Campus welcomed its first students in September 2024. Built with sustainability and accessibility top of mind, the campus offers over 30 diverse programs, new technologies, new features and enhanced spaces. Programming is delivered across the areas of business, trades and transportation, technology and environment, access, education and language, and health and human services.

Students at Sydney Waterfront Campus learn in a bright, beautiful space that includes a cultural commons area, an open atrium with seating for studying and socializing, and a presentation theatre.
