Collective bargaining conciliation update - Faculty and Professional Support

The conciliation meeting scheduled on Thursday, March 14 ended around 9 pm when the provincial conciliation officers advised the College bargaining team that the Atlantic Academic Union (AAU) bargaining team had left.

The College bargaining team continued working and emailed updated offers to the AAU bargaining team later that night.

The AAU has provided strike notice to the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration. The Union has indicated a strike date of Monday, March 18.

The College remains focused on reaching collective agreements on behalf of Faculty and Professional Support colleagues that strengthen the working and learning environment.
