Student experiences

When you're a student with us, you learn new things, meet new friends and gain the necessary skills to go out and make a positive impact on the world. By joining our clubs, volunteering with the Student Association or taking part in campus activities, you'll enhance your overall postsecondary experience. We provide: 

• Quality leadership opportunities - through club memberships, Student Association involvement, campus housing and more, we give you the opportunity to strengthen and gain leadership skills in a variety of settings. 
• Volunteer experiences - all of our clubs and activities are volunteer-based and provide a variety of fun and valuable experiences. 
• Extra-curricular activities - some of our activities include: concerts, ski trips, active living programs, guest speakers, trivia and open-mic nights and more.

Get involved

Our Student Life team exists to help you get involved and make the most of your time at NSCC. We even honour student contributions made through leadership and engagement on campus through our Student Life Appreciation awards program each year. You won't want to miss out.
