PLAEX Building Systems Inc. is offering a student placement focused on 3D design and automation, where students will assist with ongoing product design projects using Fusion 360 and help integrate automation systems into the production process. The goal is to contribute to the completion of 3D designs and improve automation for more efficient and sustainable manufacturing.
Student receives a $825 honorarium for completing their placement through Experience Ventures program.

The ideal student in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on sustainable design or automation. An interest in circular economy practices and environmental sustainability, particularly in construction, and a passion for addressing global challenges like waste reduction and eco-friendly practices.
Eligibility: Open to domestic undergraduate and college students enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution.
