Baskl, a company specializing in video editing effects for Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, is seeking a marketing student to create a strategy plan to drive traffic to its product page and explore affiliate programs. The student will gain experience in product marketing, sales optimization, and digital strategies for a VFX audience. This is a project experience placement through Experience Ventures. Students receive a $825 honorarium for completing their placement. More: Experience Ventures, in partnership with Saint Mary’s University’s Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre and powered by the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking at the University of Calgary, is offering 80-hour short-term placement opportunities for students from any program of study to work with innovative Atlantic Canadian businesses through Project Experience.

Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, with skills in digital marketing, social media strategy, and sales optimization. Experience with affiliate marketing and data-driven decision-making is essential. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or video editing experience, would be beneficial to understand the product and target audience.Open to domestic undergraduate and college students enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution.
