About the Position

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the benefits administration teams. This includes tasks such as document management and data entry, composing and editing correspondence and reports. You will also provide administrative support for various committees. Daily use of Microsoft 365 programs including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Accurate keyboarding with a minimum speed of 60 wpm.
  • Advanced user of MS365 tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint (advanced level Word and Excel is required); and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and developments, open to learning and promoting new tools and approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Post secondary education in administration or related field.
