This is an opportunity to be a participant in a student competition.
During the Innovation Sprint, participants will engage in time-sensitive bursts of intensive problem-solving and developing business solutions.In this four-hour session, students will receive insightful resources and mentorship to address business challenges.Students will compete as a team and take home first, second and third prizes ($1,000, $700 and $300 respectively).
This month, we are collaborating with The Wine Spa.The Wine Spa, Halifax’s first social spa, opened in June 2024 and offers a unique experience combining luxurious spa services with premium wine in a vibrant, group-friendly setting. Their target market includes women aged 30 to 65 who value relaxation, connection, and celebrating with friends. While their concept has been well-received, they are still building brand awareness and want to drive more bookings, particularly for The Wine Spa Experience package and group events.There is a prize of $100 gift card for the winning team members.
The event is going to take place on January 18th, from 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm at Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre at Saint Mary’s University (SH212, Sobeys Inspiration Hub).
