· Collaborating with team members to integrate GIS technology into project workflows.
· Collecting, processing, and analyzing spatial data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Creating and maintaining detailed maps, spatial databases, and geospatial datasets to support project requirements.
· Conducting spatial analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within data, providing actionable insights for project development.
· Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate geospatial findings to clients and team members.
· Supporting project teams in field data collection efforts using mobile data collection tools as necessary.
· Staying updated with the latest GIS technologies, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the company’s GIS capabilities.
· Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GIS software and data.
Our ideal candidate will be a recent graduate of a GIS program, with a bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in GIS (or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience), with up to 3 years of relevant experience working with GIS in a professional setting.

· You are proficient in ESRI software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
· You are passionate about producing polished and visually pleasing cartographic products.
· You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data and provide practical solutions.
· You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
· You take pride in producing high-quality work and possess a strong attention to detail.
· You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
· You are strongly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
· You are familiar with database management and have basic programming or scripting skills.
· Experience with 3D Analyst and Spatial Analyst extensions, Python, Arcade, FME, and other software programs is considered an asset.
