About the Position

Calculating heating and cooling loads for sizing HVAC systems, working with green building rating systems, and may assist with building commissioning.
Identify interferences with other building systems.
Prepare and/or aid in the preparation of construction drawings as required by the Project Engineer(s), Designer(s), & Senior Technologists.
Prepare designs in conformance with the most recent building standards and codes.
Help carry out surveys of existing conditions and draw up plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
Work closely with the project team to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and file structures/format.
Perform other related tasks, including administrative tasks.

Experience with industry software (AutoCAD, REVIT, Carrier HAP, Design Builder, etc.).
Ability to work well in a team environment.
A proactive approach to tasks and strong initiative.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexible and adaptable problem-solving skills.
You pay strong attention to detail.
You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure on single/multiple tasks.
