Course overview
This refresher-training course is designed to comply with regulations to refresh a seafarers training skills in basic emergency duties through the demonstration of practical drills and exercises. This training will allow seafarers to renew their MED training (MED STCW BS, MED PSC and MED AFF) for a period not exceeding 5 years.
To participate in this course you must be 16 years of age or older and may be required to complete a fitness test. You must also have the following Training Certificates: STCW Basic Safety, Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats, and Advanced Fire Fighting or equivalent.
