This course offers the opportunity to learn and practice working on a variety of electric vehicles. Students will demonstrate industry leading safety practices and will service powertrain and temperature control systems, as well as high voltage battery charging systems. In addition, different categories of high voltage vehicles, transmission types, and connection procedures will be discussed.
Condition: Applicants must hold a Certificate of Qualification as an Automotive Service Technician, Truck and Transport Mechanic, or Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician.
