  1. Purpose
    1. Disclosures related to conduct policies, harm to self or others, or concerning comments regarding wellbeing are sometimes provided by students within free-form text boxes in NSCC surveys.
    2. Measures have been taken within surveys to direct students to contact Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion directly with concerns regarding bullying, harassment and sexual violence; however, students continue to disclose within surveys.
    3. The purpose of this procedure is to outline the steps to address disclosures that are made within survey comments.

1. Send an excel file to Student Community Standards Consultant two days after survey start and at completion to include the following columns:

  • Name
  • Campus
  • Program
  • Comment

2. Review comments and liaise with other groups as required around disclosures. Student Community
