- Purpose
- Disclosures related to conduct policies, harm to self or others, or concerning comments regarding wellbeing are sometimes provided by students within free-form text boxes in NSCC surveys.
- Measures have been taken within surveys to direct students to contact Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion directly with concerns regarding bullying, harassment and sexual violence; however, students continue to disclose within surveys.
- The purpose of this procedure is to outline the steps to address disclosures that are made within survey comments.

- This procedure applies to all surveys listed in the Appendix.
