A look into a student dorm at Ivany Campus.
The 200-bed, 96,000 sq ft. student housing facility at Ivany Campus is on track to open in September 2025. The new housing offers a variety of 1-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites to students attending the campus. With lots of activity happening to complete the building, here’s a look at the latest progress on-site.

Elevator installation is currently underway

Paving and flatworks throughout the building are now complete

Ceiling grid is up on floors 2, 3, 4 and 5

Flooring is being installed on floors 3, 4 and 5
