Happy Holidays from NSCC – December 2023
Wishing you a peaceful and happy holiday season, from all of us at NSCC. May you find time to pause and reflect on the year that’s been and on the promise that the new year may bring. Enjoy time for yourself and with loved ones.
A special thank you to two-time grad, Jessica Jerome (AMCA, 2014 and Graphic Design, 2016) for illustrating our holiday greeting this year:
“Winter solstice is a time to take a pause and to reflect, as sleeping animals do while they dream and rest in hibernation. Our neighbour the red cardinal comes to visit, bringing forth strength and love.
Peaceful bears, in blissful harmony in winter, remind us to be kind to ourselves and each other. Cardinals are special and come to visit during difficult times and symbolize new beginnings, and are a bright symbol of hope and joy, particularly near the holidays.” - Jessica Jerome
