The smart hydrophone Production Technician is a skilled and detail-oriented team player with proven experience in electronic assembly and testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
1. Assemble, wire, test, and calibrate electronic products according to established production procedures. Work with potting material for the purpose of waterproofing the product. Conduct thorough testing and quality control to ensure the functionality and performance of each unit.
2. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the production process. Collaborate with the R&D team to implement improvements and address recurring problems
3. Maintain detailed records of production activities, test results, and any issues encountered. Assist in updating and revising production manuals and procedures.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements
5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Implement and document process enhancements in collaboration with the engineering team
1. Post-secondary education in Electronics preferred or equivalent.
2. Minimum one year experience soldering RoHS electronic components.
3. Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
4. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
5. Excellent computer skills.
