This position is a co-op term position where you will bring your knowledge of baking, pastry, and bread to a professional kitchen. You'll be tasked with the daily preparation and baking of cookies, brownies, breads, and viennoiserie, as well as coming up with weekly specials.
You must have completed one year of Baking and Pastry Arts or the Culinary Skills program plus previous experience in baking and pastry.
Above all, have a strong willingness to learn and good "pep in your step!"
