Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Greeting customers upon arrival at the bar
-Providing excellent customer service
-Creating an excellent customer experience
-Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners
-Cleaning bar and bar area
-Memorizing the drink and food menu as well as specials
-Operating point of sale terminals and providing bills and taking payment from customers
-Washing glassware and bar utensils
-Operating and cleaning equipment such as blenders, coffee makers, etc.
-Monitoring bar inventory and restocking supplies and ingredients
-Carrying bottles to basement, sorting bottles
-Connecting CO2 cartridges and bar lines when empty
-Completing bar duties
-Ensuring compliance with liquor and food safety regulations, as well as practicing safe serving
-Assist with services in take-out train, event tent and brewery as needed
