Halifax Regional Municipality is inviting applications for the permanent, full-time position of Manager, Outreach Services in Housing & Homelessness, Community Safety.

Reporting to the Director of Housing and Homelessness, the Manager of Outreach Services (MOS) is responsible for day-to-day management and operation of the division, including supervision of the Housing and Homelessness and Encampment Coordinators. The MOS must ensure that the defined service delivery outputs, outcomes, and impacts are being met and achieved within the established policies and procedures. The MOS will facilitate success in these areas through building and maintaining collaborative relationships, superior leadership, utilization of best and promising practices, and effective communication to employees and members of the community. WORK STATUS: Permanent, full-time
HOURS OF WORK: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Overtime required to meet operational requirements.
SALARY: Non-union, NU08, $88,690-$114,770. Salary to be commensurate with experience
WORK LOCATION: 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth, NS
