Truro Campus housing
Student housing at Truro Campus, called Davis Hall, is a traditional dormitory-style housing experience and provides the ideal location for students to access all campus resources. While living at Davis Hall, you’re never more than a 5-minute walk from class, learning resources and recreational facilities.
We are not currently accepting applications for students starting September 2025. Applications will open in March 2025; details will be updated in February.

Living on campus offers the ease of an all-inclusive living environment from September to April which includes:

Dining
Students living in Davis Hall are enrolled in a meal plan (19 meals per week), which is available through Soloan Hall, the campus dining room, and offered by our food service providers Chartwell's.
Costs and payment dates
All rates and fees are payable through your campus Business Office (902-893-5385) and are determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and service. The non-refundable/non-transferrable campus housing deposit of $500 will be attributed to your fall term payment.
