Student housing at Truro Campus, called Davis Hall, is a traditional dormitory-style housing experience and provides the ideal location for students to access all campus resources. While living at Davis Hall, you’re never more than a 5-minute walk from class, learning resources and recreational facilities.

- There are 15 single rooms available.
- Super single rooms can be modified double rooms with one bed and two closets or traditional double rooms with only one occupant.

Dining
Students living in Davis Hall are enrolled in a meal plan (19 meals per week), which is available through Soloan Hall, the campus dining room, and offered by our food service providers Chartwell's.
Costs and payment dates
All rates and fees are payable through your campus Business Office (902-893-5385) and are determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. The fees listed below are for one bed space. The non-refundable/non-transferrable campus housing deposit of $500 will be attributed to your fall term payment.
