The student housing building at Ivany Campus is currently under construction and will open in the fall of 2025. Applications for housing will be available in the winter of 2025 (for a September 2025 start).

Note: Priority will be given to confirmed applicants and current students studying at Ivany Campus. We will also accept campus housing applications from students studying at other metro campuses; however, these students will only receive a room offer if space is available.

Dining

Ivany Campus has a full-service café and coffee shop; however, there are no dining facilities (i.e., a cafeteria) located in the campus housing building.

Costs and payment dates

All rates and fees will be determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. Fees and rates will be advertised when applications are available (February 2025).
