Campus housing at Strait Area Campus and Nautical Institute combines the convenience of on-campus living with suite-style amenities.

We are not currently accepting applications for students starting September 2025. Applications will open in March 2025; details will be updated in February.

Living on campus offers the ease of an all-inclusive living environment from September to April which includes:

Dining

Students living at Strait Area Campus and Nautical Institute are automatically enrolled in a $250/term dining dollars program, offered through the full-service cafeteria. Additional options are offered to students who wish to participate at a greater level.

Costs and payment dates

All rates and fees are payable through your campus Business Office and are determined based on fair market averages, as well as individual campus offerings and services. The non-refundable/non-transferrable campus housing deposit of $500 will be attributed to your fall term payment.
