CNC Machinist

About the Position

• Full-service bookkeeping using Sage 50 Accounting software
• Prepare and submit all government and associated remittances
• Prepare weekly payroll for approximately 20 employees
• Prepare monthly management statements
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with purchasing function
• Provide administrative support to the management team
• Proficient in Excel, Word, etc.
• Attend management meetings, prepare minutes and assist with execution of action plans
• Produce sales presentations
• Perform general reception duties

Qualifications

• 2 year Administration/Bookkeeping Accounting Diploma
• Must reside within a reasonable distance to Burnside
• 2 - 3 years experience would be an asset
