About the Position

We’re looking for a full-time Co-Chef to join our kitchen team.

  • Our kitchen is a small, 2-person operation.
  • This team of 2 works together to develop and execute the food program - from menu creation, to product sourcing, to prep and service.
  • Our menu is designed to accompany wine, with regional, seasonal ingredients at its centre.
  • We focus on simplicity, drawing inspiration locally and from around the world

Qualifications

  • Has at least 4 years culinary experience in commercial kitchens
  • Has experience with plating
  • Has experience with menu creation and costing
  • Has experience managing food inventory
  • Has Food Handler certificate
  • Enjoys the creative process
  • Enjoys the hospitality industry
  • Is a team player
  • Is a lover of food and of the NS food scene
