International Student Ambassadors (ISA) Program

The International Student Ambassadors (ISA) program started in 2016 and aims to welcome international students to the NSCC community and support their life in Nova Scotia. Our mission is Supporting international students to build community through learning, networking, and social engagement.

We welcome all students to become International Student Ambassadors (ISAs). ISAs are student volunteers who help plan, organize and promote activities that enrich the international student experience and build a welcoming community.

Or, you can simply participate in our events and activities! Everyone is welcome.

We have 4 activity categories, and we plan events and activities in person and online so everyone has a chance to participate.

Social: meet new friends and network with your interests, hobbies, and preferences. Plan and enjoy virtual/in-person events together.
Content: manage our social media and create specialized content and design to provide meaningful and informative resources.

Career: share successful skills and build a roadmap for your professional career

Culture: learn about cultural diversity and share our understanding of it.
