Our NSCC values state that "we are intentional in our efforts to build diversity as a core strength. We recognize diversity of knowledge, worldview, and experience as an asset and a key driver of success in advancing innovation, creativity and excellence."

We recognize to live this value we must continue to listen and learn from our alumni and the communities we serve. We stand in solidarity with alumni from our Black/African Nova Scotian and Indigenous/Mi’kmaw communities and will do our part to impact necessary change.
