Operational Master Plan, Anguilla Community College

Project/Initiative

The objective of this Caribbean Development Bank funded project was to assist the Anguilla Community College (ACC) in the creation of an Operational Master Plan which developed the appropriate mechanisms to assist ACC to be effective in achieving its organizational and institutional objectives and its development targets. This included the development of an Action Plan for ACC that provided guidance on additions, enhancements and improvements to current operations and systems that better support the academic and economic requirements of the country of Anguilla.

Services provided

• Review of the current ACC Strategic Plan, Business Plan and other policy and academic documents
• Conduct an environmental scan (internal and external assessment)
• Development of an Academic Plan, including Academic and Support Services, Facilities Plan, Hospitality Program Plan, Technology Plan, Administrative Services
• Development of a communications, public orientation and awareness campaign
