It was such an honour to take a culinary trip to Grenada! The people, the food and the culture was off the charts. It is certainly aptly named, “The Spice Island.” I was especially impressed with the vegetation in the Rainforest and swimming in the warm sea. I will take another trip to the Caribbean in the very near future because it was truly the experience of a lifetime!
