Upon landing in Athens after a long flight, we were greeted by Bill and other travelers from Nashville, Tennessee. Bill then chauffeured us to our accommodation for the next three days, where Nicholas welcomed us and provided all the necessary details about the apartment. After settling in, we took a leisurely walk to a market to pick up snacks and drinks. Later, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Palmie Bistro before returning to the apartment. Some of us had a peaceful evening walk and were treated to a breathtaking sky, colored by a dust storm from the Sahara desert, a beautiful way to end the day.
