Braydon Corbin's Story
Written by: Braydon Corbin
I got a great opportunity to be able to take part in the NSCC international course. The course brought me to the Netherlands to learn about global energy transition. During my time here I got to hear from professionals in a bunch of fields who all specialize in energy transition. I have learned a lot about communication, legality and culture and how it affects the transition of energy in various countries. I would love to take what I have learned and help my community back home by applying these skills to a small company I would love to start one day. Being from Nova Scotia I have always heard that out province runs off coal and we need a change before we cause harm to our beautiful environment. I would love to start a company in solar or wind to help with the energy transition and with the stuff I have learned from the Hanze global energy transition . The company will run off of clean energy and support progressive ideas to ensure clean green energy is produced and provide future generations a strong stable environment to build off from. I believe this technology will be the future and being able to express myself and learn internationally is a skill I will be very happy to bring home and implement into my daily life.
