Office Interiors giving back with Love The Way You Learn
Lead the Way Campaign

Community and education
Office Interiors is known for its community involvement. It is at the core of the company’s values along with education. Partnering with NSCC was a natural fit for Office Interiors because of NSCC’s commitment to community and education throughout Nova Scotia.
“We have been community-minded from day one. In partnering with NSCC, we can and have made direct impact on the lives of many Nova Scotians,” says Jim Mills, CEO of Office Interiors. “Through NSCC Foundation, we offer the Love the Way You Learn Bursary every year. Nothing feels better than helping students achieve something they never thought possible,” says Jim Mills.
NSCC focuses on building Nova Scotia’s economy through student education and innovation. Through the bursary, Office Interiors offers an NSCC student financial assistance for their program. “If we’re going to grow the economy of our region, not just in Nova Scotia, but in Eastern Canada, we need more people working in the workforce. Education is a road down that path and NSCC plays such a critical role in that regard,” says Jim.
Nova Scotian students are and will be experiencing urgent financial need because of the effects of COVID-19. “One of the realities of the pandemic is that people from lower-income brackets have been hit harder and mental health has become a bigger concern for more people,” says Jim. “Post-pandemic, NSCC can help students by getting back on their feet, graduating, and getting a meaningful job in the community they love and want to live.”
At Office Interiors, we give because we love helping others. We give because we love students. It’s as simple as that.
