Starting at NSCC? Your program begins on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 with New Student Orientation – an event designed to help you prepare for the great year ahead. Your campus will send you your orientation schedule by email.

Orientation is an important part of your program. Attend Orientation to:

  • Meet your faculty 
  • Get familiar with the learning environment
  • Explore the supports and services available to you
  • Learn about safety on campus

Orientation helps to set you up for success at NSCC. Please attend.

Attend virtual Orientation info sessions

Starting college is exciting, but it can also come with a lot of questions. Our series of virtual Orientation info sessions is designed to help you feel confident, connected, and prepared for success at NSCC. Join us online to learn about student life, technology, time management, support services, safety and more. Whether you're brand new to NSCC, returning to studies or joining us later in the semester, there's a session for you.
