NSCC celebrates fall graduates across province

Oct. 03, 2023 – Media Release

Dartmouth, N.S. -- Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) will hold two special fall convocation ceremonies on Thursday, October 5, 2023. The ceremonies follow the College’s June convocation events and celebrate those whose program completion timeline was extended due to lingering pandemic barriers.

“I am so immensely proud of our fall graduates and our entire Class of 2023,” says NSCC President Don Bureaux. “To be a part of this important milestone – the culmination of the unique learning journey of each graduate – is such a joy. I can’t wait to congratulate our grads as they embark on the next exciting phase of their lives.”

The two ceremonies will be held at:

  • Akerley Campus Gym, Woodlawn Road, Dartmouth
    • 4 pm ceremony - for fall graduates from all NSCC campuses and programs
    • 6:30 pm ceremony - for fall graduates from the Practical Nursing program
